kuyaplay Terms and Conditions – What Every Filipino Member Needs to Know

Membership on kuyaplay is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who are currently residing in the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet both the age requirement and the residency requirement without exception. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth or a location outside the Philippines — is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any account balance at the time of suspension.

Each person may hold only one registered account on the platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for permanent account closure. kuyaplay reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time using documentation appropriate to the Philippine context, and accounts that cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.

The platform is intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of platform features, or the use of automated tools or bots to interact with any part of the platform is not permitted and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

All financial transactions on kuyaplay are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and belong to them — the platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals using payment methods registered to another person. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. kuyaplay will not be held liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately by contacting support so that appropriate action can be taken to protect your account.

Account balances do not earn interest and are held by the platform in Philippine pesos. kuyaplay reserves the right to apply transaction limits, processing timeframes, and verification steps to deposits and withdrawals in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and internal risk management procedures. These limits and procedures may change from time to time, and members will be notified of material changes through the platform.

Members must use the kuyaplay platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. Any form of cheating, collusion, manipulation of game outcomes, or exploitation of technical errors or bugs in the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. Where kuyaplay identifies behaviour that appears to be abusive or designed to gain an unfair advantage, it reserves the right to void affected transactions, suspend or close the relevant account, and withhold any winnings derived from such activity.

The Rewards programme is subject to its own eligibility rules, which are set out within the Rewards section of the platform. Rewards points and any associated benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. kuyaplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice provided to members through the platform.

Game results on the platform are determined by certified random number generation systems. kuyaplay does not guarantee any specific outcome, return rate, or winning result for any game or draw on the platform. By participating in any game or lottery draw, members acknowledge that they understand the inherent risk involved and that all outcomes are subject to chance.

kuyaplay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified through the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.

Members may request the closure of their account at any time. Account closure requests are processed in line with the platform's standard procedures, and any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member using an approved withdrawal method after all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied. kuyaplay also reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, in which case any balance associated with the breaching account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
